This is the perfect thirst quenching green juice! Perfect for hydration, recovery and kick starting digestion! The best part about this recipe is you don’t need an expensive juicer! Simply follow the instructions for a blender based juice and enjoy.

Cucumber

2cups

Kale

2stalks

Celery

Instructions

For Juicer: Begin by thoroughly washing your produce with cold water.

Add all of your ingredients to your juicer. Strain your juice with a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag and serve.

Enjoy within 3 days

For Blender: Wash your produce thoroughly with cold water.

Combine all ingredients and 1 cup of water into a blender. Blend together at high speed for 1 minute.

Strain into a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag and serve.
