The perfect breakfast for anyone on the go! It’s easy to whip up and will help fuel your morning with some protein and healthy fats. Smoked salmon is a good source of protein, vitamin D, healthy fats and several B vitamins. It is an excellent addition to any diet as it helps support heart health, bone health and brain health, to name a few. Not avoiding dairy or gluten? Use a regular bagel and cream cheese instead!

Gluten-Free Bagel

2Tbsp

Chive And Garlic Cashew Spread

1/2

Cucumber

2pieces

Wild Smoked Sockeye Salmon

Red Onion

1Tbsp

Capers

Instructions

Spread 1 tablespoon of chives & garlic cashew spread on the bottom of a toasted bagel. Layer with cucumber slices, smoked salmon and onion rings.

Top with capers and then spread the remaining chives & garlic cashew spread on the top half of the bagel and place it over top to make your sandwich.

Cut in half and enjoy.
