Great for the holidays but really you can have it all year round! It’s super delicious and warming with all the spices. Blackstrap molasses is rich in antioxidants, too. Iron, magnesium, potassium and vitamin B6, to name a few.

Whole Milk
1/2 tsp
Blackstrap Molasses
1 tsp
Maple Syrup
1/4 tsp
Cinnamon
1/8 tsp
Nutmeg
1/8 tsp
Allspice
1/8 tsp
Cloves
1/8 tsp
Ginger
1/4 cup
Brewed Espresso
2 Tbsp
Whipped Cream
Instructions

In a small saucepan, add the milk, molasses, maple syrup and spices. Stir to combine. Once warmed, pour into a mug and stir in the espresso. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!

Notes: To make it dairy-free, use a dairy-free milk alternative and a whipped cream alternative. You can top your drink with a crumbled gingerbread cookie for more flavour!
