Lemon Sumac Green Beans

Greens beans are an easy side dish to add to your meals. Kicking them up a notch with sumac is even better! Sumac is a delicious tangy spice with hints of citrus that goes perfectly with the lemon juice in this recipe.

2 Tbsp

Grass-Fed Butter

1 Tbsp

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

340 g

Green Beans

Garlic Cloves

1/4 tsp

Sea Salt

Lemon

1 tsp

Sumac

Instructions

Heat the butter and olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Add the green beans, salt, garlic and saute for 3-5 minutes.

Add the lemon juice, sumac and saute for another few minutes or until the beans are tender. Taste and add more salt if needed.

Serve with your favourite protein like steak, chicken or fish.

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
