Apple Cinnamon Bliss Balls

These little energy bites are so quick to throw together and are absolutely full of plant-based nutrients. Naturally sweetened with fibre-filled dates and antioxidant-rich maple syrup, they’re full of healthy carbs, protein and warming spices.

Medjool Dates

1 cup

Gluten-Free Rolled Oats

1/4 cup

Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

1/2 cup

Raw Cashews

1/2 cup

Freeze Dried Apples

4 Tbsp

Maple Syrup

1 tsp

Vanilla

1 tsp

Cinnamon

1/2 tsp

Nutmeg

1/4 tsp

Ginger

1/4 tsp

Allspice

1/4 tsp

Sea Salt

2 scoops

Collagen

Instructions

Remove the pits from the dates and add to a food processor along with the oats, coconut, cashews, freeze dried apples, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, sea salt and collagen if using. Pulse and blend until fully combined.

Using clean hands, roll into 12 equal size balls. Transfer to the fridge for at least 30 minutes before eating. Keep stored in the fridge.
