Is your garden overflowing with cherry tomatoes and chives? If so, you’ll love to put your fresh bounty to good use with this sweet and savoury Cherry Tomato and Chive Jam. Serve it as a condiment with your barbequed chicken or sausages, or as an alternative topping to your breakfast toast. It also makes a great addition to charcuterie boards or as a spread in wraps and sandwiches. The possibilities are endless!

1 cup
Cherry Tomatoes
1/4 cup
Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp
Chives
2 Tbsp
Lemon Juice
3/4 tsp
Cumin
1 tsp
Himalayan Salt
1/2 tsp
Chili Flakes
Instructions

In a small pot, bring all of the ingredients to a boil and then simmer for 30-45 minutes, or until the mixture thickens to a jam consistency.

Substitutions: No cherry tomatoes? Use any of your favourite tomatoes. No chives? Use shallots or green onions instead.
