This marinade contains anti-inflammatory ingredients and pairs well with an assortment of hard vegetables and meats.

Instructions

    In a small bowl mix together tamarind paste, olive oil, honey, garlic, salt and Aleppo pepper until you have a smooth consistency (sticky, but runny enough to drizzle extra marinade as a finish before serving).

    Use this marinade as a rub for meat, chicken, seafood, tempeh, and hard roasted vegetables (such as brussels sprouts, asparagus, etc.,).

    Garnish with toasted sesame seeds or peanuts, coriander/cilantro, or any other fresh herb of your choice.
