Add oats broth, and water to a small pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a low simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Add oats broth, and water to a small pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a low simmer and cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in miso paste and cover for 1 min until oats are tender. For thinner consistency, add water as desired.

For the perfect jammy eggs: Bring water to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Add eggs and cook for 7 minutes. Add to an ice bath for 1 minute. Peel when cooled slightly.

Add spinach on top of cooked oats, cover and steam until wilted (about 1 minute).

Scoop into a bowl.

Top with eggs, avocado, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, and a drizzle of olive oil.
