1 1/2 cups
Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp
Kosher Salt
2 tsp
Baking Powder
1 1/2 Cups
Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp
Everything Bagel Seasoning
1 Tbsp
Sesame Seeds

1
Egg
whisked
1
Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and baking powder. Then add the yogurt and mix well again. A dough will start to form. Dump the dough onto a lightly floured surface and kneed and squeeze the dough, bringing it together. Form into a circular dough and cut into four equal pieces.
3
Roll each piece of dough under your hands to create a log about 6 to 7 inches in length. Roll the ends together to form a bagel. Place each bagel on the baking sheet and brush with the egg. Sprinkle the bagels with the bagel seasoning and sesame seeds.
4
Bake for 20 minutes, turning the baking sheet halfway through, or until the bagels are lightly starting to turn golden and they’ve puffed up.
5
Allow to cool completely before serving, otherwise they can be gummy.
6
Toast if desired and serve with favourite toppings. Enjoy!
